Description
Spacious, welcoming, and lovingly maintained, this home features a generous living area, a stylish modern kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a large private garden. Ideally located close to excellent schools, parks, and local amenities, easy commute to station or town centre, it's perfect for first-time buyers or growing families seeking more space. A wonderful place to create lasting memories in a friendly neighbourhood.
Area Comments…
One of the best parts about this location is how practical it is for day-to-day life. There are several local schools within easy reach, including Churchend Primary Academy and St Michael’s Primary School. The number 33 bus stop is just 0.1 miles away and provides a route into Reading town centre.
There is an abundance of local shops and amenities nearby, with the Meadway shopping precinct just 0.5 miles away. Asda, Aldi and Lidl are also just a short drive away. For anyone who enjoys getting outdoors, Prospect Park and Calcot Park Golf Club are both within easy reach too.
Tom's Comments…
For me, one of the things that stands out about this house is the amount of space it offers, both inside and out. With three bedrooms upstairs and a living/dining room, separate kitchen, study and downstairs WC, there is plenty of flexibility for different stages of life.
I also really like the 70ft rear garden, which gives you plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. There is space for driveway parking to the front, and for anyone looking to make the house their own, there is potential to extend (STPP) to the side and rear. With local schools and bus routes right on the doorstep, we think this is a great home for first time buyers or a family looking for more space.
