Old country house with plot of land situated in a quiet village 45 km northwest of Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house has two floors connected via short external staircase. The ground floor holds corridor, kitchen, storage room and living room. The second level has lobby, corridor, three bedrooms and bathroom with toilet. Next to the house one can find several outbuildings most of which are used for storage purposes and preserve food for the animals, fire wood, construction materials, tools, etc. The property has front yard with some fruit trees, vines, flower patch and fresh water well as well as backyard which was used for growing fruits and vegetables in the past.
