Renovated country house with barn and plot of land situated in a village near river 60 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The main building has two levels connected via both internal and external stairs. The ground floor holds corridor, kitchen, living room, boiler room and a niche which can be turned into storage area. The second level consists of corridor, two bedrooms, sitting area, terrace and spacious shower room with toilet. The house had been empty for about three years now as the previous owners moved to another property in the same area but they still maintain the place. The main building was renovated several years ago when it was purchased. The owners did new wiring, new plumbing, new double-glazed PVC windows, new floors, new plastering and paint on all walls and ceilings. A central heating system was installed and the pipelines are still in place but the rest of it was moved to the new property and is in use there. The property received a new cesspit too. The yard is with a slight slope but is well sunlit during the whole day. There are barn, outdoor sitting area (behind the house), driveway and fresh water well here. One can also find some flowers and a few fruit trees and vines in vicinity of the house. The property is situated close to tarmac road, shop, gas station and within about five minutes walking distance from bus stop. Within about 10-15 minutes of walking one can reach the center of the village where more shops, the local bar, library, post office and mayor`s office can be found. The house is situated about 3 km away from a big river and nice spots for fishing and camping. There are two big cities within about 40 minutes of driving. The cities of Vratsa and Montana are regional capitals of their respected areas and as such provide hospitals, dental care, schools and kindergartens, a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants, administrative and public services, banks and ATMs, connections over road and rail with the national capital city Sofia and much more. One of the biggest rivers in Europe, the Danube river is about 20 minutes north from the property and so are the border with Romania and the ferry crossing.
