Country house with annex, garage and plot of land situated in a village near river 60 km northwest of Vratsa, Bulgaria. The property is located in a quiet spot within the limits of the village. The main building has one floor and consists of lobby, corridor, premise for kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, storage room and shower room with toilet. The center of the village is about 10 minutes away by foot from the house. There one can find a grocery store, café-bar, the local post office, school, library, park and mayor`s office. There is a small river passing through the area and joining a bigger one about 3 km outside the settlement. There one can find plenty of nice spots for fishing, camping and hunting.
