Old country house with plot of land situated in a quiet village in the mountains half an hour away from ski track and spa resort. The property is located not far away from the center of the settlement. It consists of an old two-storey house, barn and plot of land. The main building has two floors connected via external staircase. Both floors have three premises. The ground level holds, living room, storage room and kitchen while the second floor has terrace, living room and two bedrooms. The other town is half an hour away from the house and is in the opposite direction. It offers the same amenities as the first town but is also a spa resort and provides many hotels and places where one can relax and spend time with friends and family.
