Solid country house with garage, barn and land situated in a quiet village near river 35 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The property is located on a quiet side street about 3-4 minutes away by foot from the center. The house has two floors connected through solid internal staircase which also goes to the attic level. The ground floor consists of corridor and three rooms which used to be kitchen, living room and dining room. The second level has corridor, three bedrooms and spacious terrace. The attic area is big and can be rearranged in order to provide additional living or storage space.
