Living in the city center means that everything is reachable within walking distance. It's pretty convenient. However, living at Trafalgar street also means that it would be very noisy during midnights at weekends.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They did on multiple occasions. Though implementation can vary from instant to a while

I wish I knew that this place doesn't have as much students as I thought it would be. While I understand it's a regular accommodation. There is little to none social life student wise. However, it would be best fit for families

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I struggle with the dogs and their cleanliness, but there are plenty other things I like instead for example reception, Casey is definitely my favourite. She is friendly and helpful. I like coming down to speak to the staff especially when Im feeling stressed as its a nice area to de-stress.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There has been no issues but I did want to change apartment numbers and that was done easily.

The door moves back and forth when I open the window.

Loads of locals bars, I always go to Hygge in pounds park and sometimes I go to the Moore which is only a 5 min walk away. There are bus stops directly outside development which the Sheffield Connect stops at which takes you to sheffield interchange or railway station.

Very quickly efficiently and as respectfully as possible

Everything was explained to us in detail from day one. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable.

We are right on door step to 3 bus stops that gets us into city centre very quickly. We are avid drinkers of bubble tea so division street is where we go to most. If I need to park my vehicle there is Rockingham Street car park. Overall the. Noise is minimum as we are courtyard facing.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well, any issues I reported on app and they are quick to attend

Nothing as everything was explained to us when we viewed the property.

Many great things about the location, being in the city center everything is within walking distance, I rarely need to take public transport to get anywhere and if needed everything is closeby including tram stops and bus stops, even the train station is only a 15 mimute walk

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have lived here for 3 years now and whenever I had maintenance requests the team was quick in getting it sorted, regardless of the problem

The location is great, its in the middle of the city centre but that also means that there can be some loud nights, some apartments can be quieter than others. Additionally, finding a parking spot at a reasonable price can be difficult
