5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is quite central, just 15 minutes walk to Deansgate and a little less to Spinningfields. You can walk to Salford Crescent or Central train stations within 10 minutes and the bus stop is a few hundred yards away. There is some traffic noise as the apartment block is situated just off a main road.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes I asked for my bedroom door to be adjusted which was sorted within a few days.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I cannot think of anything other than knowing there is full peace of mind 24 hours a day due to the excellent front desk team.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I already feel at home at Oldfield Wharf . Everyone is really welcoming. From the initial viewing to the move in date, everything was super quick and efficient. The staff are great, Ade and Azaria have been such a welcoming face! They even went out their way to help me get things printed last minute for the sale of my house. The apartments are light and spacious! I am obsessed with the views, if at the front and on a high floor - it’s practically the entire Manchester skyline. I made the right choice picking Oldfield Wharf - it’s much better value than a lot of similar places in Manchester/Salford. The area is great - safe and lots of cool places to explore.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Super quick - within a day when I needed a socket fixing
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The WiFi Provider and how to set devices up. It has to be done manually for some, not difficult but just not as instant as connecting

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I live in Oldfield Wharf, off Regent Road in Salford, and it's a convenient place to live. There are large supermarkets nearby, and Manchester city centre, with its wide choice of restaurants and cafés is a short walk away. The canal paths are nice for walking, though there are few green parks close by. Transport links are good, with regular buses and Deansgate station within walking distance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Whenever I've raised an issue, the building management have responded quickly and taken it seriously. They've always been helpful and done their best to sort things out
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
onestly, there's nothing I wish I had known beforehand. Everything was as expected when I moved in, and the management team were helpful in answering any questions I had along the way

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Love how friendly the staff are, every morning we stop and talk to Azaira, Ade, Kayla and Sam. The parking is an issue, only 30 odd spots for over 200 apartments
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Been very good to be fair, no issues at all happy to help
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The WiFi, would of been good to know that they only have 1 provider to choose from

It's a lovely, welcoming area to live in. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, and it genuinely feels like a great community. I've felt really comfortable living here and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant place to call home
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quick and efficient way, their response to my queries have been really fast, and the level of communication has been great!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The gym area is very big and has amazing machines, so I’ve been able to stick to my routine and adapt to the new equipment I’ve never used very easily
