Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living at 219 Baker means enjoying one of London's most desirable neighbourhoods, with an exceptional combination of convenience, charm and quality of life. Marylebone offers a wonderful selection of independent boutiques, excellent restaurants, cafés and everything needed for everyday living. Izabella Coffee is a particular favourite, adding a lovely neighbourhood feel just steps from home. Transport connections are outstanding, with Baker Street Underground station literally across the street, providing easy access to virtually every part of London. Regent's Park, one of the city's most beautiful green spaces, is less than a five-minute walk away—an incredible luxury in central London, whether for a morning walk, exercise or simply escaping the city's pace. Despite being so centrally located, the area feels remarkably welcoming, safe and residential. Baker Street naturally experiences some traffic, particularly during peak hours, but this is a small trade-off for such an extraordinary location. Parking can also be challenging, as expected in central London. What makes this neighbourhood truly special is the ability to enjoy the energy and sophistication of London while having beautiful green spaces, outstanding amenities and excellent transport connections right at your doorstep. It is difficult to imagine a more convenient or enjoyable place to live in the city.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As is sometimes the case when moving into a new property, we encountered quite a few issues during our first few weeks. What truly impressed us, however, was the way the management team handled them. Every concern was taken seriously, with genuine attention, professionalism and a clear commitment to getting things right. They promptly arranged for the appropriate contractors to carry out repairs, maintained a detailed list of outstanding items, and proactively kept us informed with regular updates as each issue was resolved. We never had the feeling that anything was being overlooked or that we needed to constantly chase for answers. What could have been a frustrating experience instead became a reassuring demonstration of excellent property management. **Problems can arise in any building; what distinguishes an exceptional management team is how they respond.** In our experience, the team at 219 Baker has been outstanding.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is just how much the people behind 219 Baker contribute to the overall living experience. During a viewing, you can appreciate the quality of the apartments, the finishes and the location, but you cannot fully appreciate the exceptional level of care and attention that comes with living here. From the concierge team to property management, there is a genuine commitment to making residents feel comfortable and at home. That is something you only discover once you move in, and it has exceeded our expectations. My advice to future residents would be simple: don't judge a building solely by its appearance or amenities. The real luxury is knowing that when you need something, there are people who genuinely care and will go the extra mile to help. And one practical tip: take full advantage of Regent's Park, just a few minutes away. Having such a beautiful green space on your doorstep is one of those everyday pleasures that makes living here even more special.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is absolutely perfect! It's right in the centre of London and close to everything you could need. As a university student, it's especially convenient because my university is only a five-minute walk away. Everything is easily accessible, which makes everyday life so much easier. I honestly couldn't ask for a better location!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had a small issue with the showerhead shortly after moving in, but the management team was very helpful and got everything fixed within a few days. They handled the situation quickly and efficiently, and I was really happy with how everything was resolved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Honestly, there isn't anything I wish I'd known before moving in. Everything was clearly explained beforehand, and I knew exactly what to expect. I'm really happy with my experience so far!
