The one-bedroom Type A offers 577 sq ft of spacious open-plan living space, available from floors 1 to 45. Choose from two distinctive furniture collections inspired by Birmingham's landmarks, each bringing its own character, palette and atmosphere: Emerald offers deeper tones and warm wood accents, while Pearl has soft tones and clean lines for a light, contemporary interior.
Life at The Octagon extends beyond the apartment itself. Residents have access to 24-hour concierge support, co-working areas, a residents' gym, private dining, lounges and meeting spaces that make it easy to move between work, wellbeing and social life without leaving the building. Ideal for professionals, couples, and international residents seeking a sophisticated urban lifestyle.
Positioned within Paradise, The Octagon sits in one of Birmingham's most connected central districts, with the city's major business hubs, fine dining, shopping destinations and cultural venues all within walking distance. Birmingham New Street and Snow Hill are both close by, while Metro and wider city connections keep Birmingham and beyond easily accessible.
The architecture remains a defining part of the story. 5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in Birmingham city centre is generally very convenient and enjoyable. There is a good variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and bars within walking distance, making everyday life easy. Public transport links are excellent, with nearby bus stops, tram services and train stations providing easy access to other parts of the city. The area is modern, lively and well maintained, although traffic noise can sometimes be an issue, particularly during busy hours and weekends. Parking can also be limited and expensive. Bin collections are generally reliable, and the streets are reasonably clean. Overall, it is a great location, especially for students and young professionals who value convenience and accessibility.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been very responsive, professional and helpful whenever I have raised any concerns. They are approachable and willing to assist, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and efficiently. Ms Favour in particular has been extremely supportive and always makes an effort to ensure residents are satisfied and comfortable.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is just how convenient the location and facilities would be for everyday living. Having access to the gym, study spaces and other communal areas makes a big difference, especially as a student. I would advise new residents to take full advantage of these facilities and familiarise themselves with the building’s services early on. Also, don’t hesitate to reach out to the management team if you need assistance, as they are very approachable.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I really love the building, I don’t think there’s one better right now in Birmingham, the biking is right in the heart of the city center so I can easily get in town whenever I like, I can also use the line bikes which is right in from of the building near university college Birmingham. I also feel safe around the area, there’s good security in the building.
