Quick response to repairs whenever I have had to report

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s close to work and close to the city centre. Sainsbury’s is close and cafes. Peel park is very close and also great Park Runs on Saturdays.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have a current issue with the windows and the team have been responsive and supportive and I know that they will resolve the issue.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Just about the building works opposite - it would have been helpful to know when they planned to commence works.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is quite central, just 15 minutes walk to Deansgate and a little less to Spinningfields. You can walk to Salford Crescent or Central train stations within 10 minutes and the bus stop is a few hundred yards away. There is some traffic noise as the apartment block is situated just off a main road.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes I asked for my bedroom door to be adjusted which was sorted within a few days.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I cannot think of anything other than knowing there is full peace of mind 24 hours a day due to the excellent front desk team.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Oldfield Wharf offers excellent modern living right on the edge of Manchester. You are just a 10-minute walk from Salford Central station, a short stroll to Spinningfields, and close to the scenic Peel Park. It features 24/7 concierge service . The guy sami at concierge is really experienced and friendly moreover excellent internal insulation, creating a secure, quiet indoor environment. However, the surrounding area still feels industrial due to ongoing high-rise construction noise. Furthermore, resident parking is severely limited, making car ownership difficult. Despite these urban trade-offs, the onsite community management team is highly praised for keeping the building safe, clean, and social.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes quick and responsive . I has some concerns with noise they installed some sound proofing things to the door really helpful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking is the only thing which makes a problem sometime other then that everything spot on 👍🏻

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There’s plenty of access to local food shops, 2 co-ops and a big Sainsbury’s which is actually on a retail park under 10 mins walk up the road. There’s peel park opposite too which is also lovely for a walk. We don’t have a car but there’s a car park on site and also one just behind the building which we always tell visitors to use and never had any problems.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So quick to respond and sort issues. Fantastic service.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there were trolley’s available to use for moving in stuff!
