4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The Tilt Works is well placed within Sheffield, with most popular areas in walkable distance. To get further afield, the tram stops right outside the building to you can quickly reach areas in the city that aren't as close or head straight to the train station.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The customer service team at the Tilt Works are excellent and go above and beyond to help residents. They also understand the needs and feelings of the residents and can offer them help or advice when needed. In the past, we've been able to approach the building management about maintenance issues and they have worked quickly to resolve the issues. In other cases, the customer service team have been incredibly helpful and understand with issues between residents and respectful living.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Prepare to bring/buy your own storage! Also, be aware that this is a student area and to expect that whilst the residents of the Tilt Works are mostly respectful and quiet, the surrounding areas can have some noisy late-night revellers.

Overall it's good and specially now we have a convenience store in the building. Parking on the street sometimes become and issue. I think terrace garden and garden outside of building needs some immediate maintenance .

Very prompt response whenever we raise an issue. So we are satisfied with the service.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing as such! I think we were told about everything.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is conveniently located, with a tram stop just a few minutes away and a good range of shops nearby, making everyday life easier. Parking can sometimes be a little difficult, but overall it is manageable. There are also plenty of options for getting around and accessing local amenities. The area is convenient for families and makes it easy to get to places without travelling too far.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The repair team is also really helpful and responsive. I had an issue on a Saturday evening once, and someone came out to fix it. Emergencies are dealt with straight away, and if something takes longer to sort out, they let you know how long it will take and stick to that. Overall, I’ve had a good experience with the repair team.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I’d known that the rent goes up every year. It’s something worth being aware of before moving in, as it would help with planning your budget for the future.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is excellent, very close to the city center and University and there's a convenience store and a small Tesco across the road, which are very convenient. Lived in the area a long time and it always felt very safe.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very fast and really go the extra mile. I once had no hot water and they gave me the keys to an empty flat so I could shower. Amazing service!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There was a bit of a wait for parking, be sure to check the waiting list if it's important to you. Genuinely can't think of a single other negative.
