5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good quality local shops, transport links minutes away. Unfortunately parking is expensive. The people in the area are friendly.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Within an instant. I feel whenever a have a problem it’s no issue to get resolved.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Only that we couldn’t choose an Internet provider. ASK4 is twice the price from almost every internet provider you can find.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Pros: two stations very close by, great range of shops and pubs, the river and Kew Gardens. No cons.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quick and friendly; issues were resolved promptly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Check the resident events calendar early. There’s a lot on (yoga, sound baths, personal training) and it’s a great way to meet neighbours. Also, on Brentford home matchdays the road facing the building is closed, and the Kew Bridge side gets busy with fans walking from the station to the stadium. It doesn’t cause us any real hassle or noise, but it’s good to know about before you move in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Transport great, local shops and restaurants nice, pubs and bars cozy, and easy access to main links around London. Parking availability is pretty much non existent, but other than that great.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The only downside so far is that the time to fix minor repairs seem to be longer than other BTR we have lived at, but overall it’s a great building!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
More information on the energy and electricity suppliers and how to sign up to their welcome notes etc… with ease.
