5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Really close to Piccadilly station. Pollen being on the doorstep is nice. Usually very quiet and doesn’t feel like you’re in the city centre.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes. Any issues I have raised have been dealt with quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That you’ll realise you’ve peaked too soon and never want to leave Kampus until you decide to buy and that they’ll never sell you an apartment despite asking lol.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is an excellent choice of quality shops and restaurant available in and around the building. Everything from groceries to cafes, clothing brands and big restaurants. Transport is also one of the main perks of living on this street as there is both the bus stop and the railway right on the doorstep. Parking is not a problem as there is always space in the parking building. Train noises are sometimes a problem.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has been prompt in addressing my issues and resolving them as well. Sometimes the bin chutes are a problem but they get resolved within 1 or 2 days.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Rent seems to be going up too much even for a 1 bedroom flat.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
With the way The Almere is run, you don't really need to go elsewhere, although shops and pubs are close, they do enough that you feel the entire community here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven't had to raise any issues yet but i have met the team and they seem lovely
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The team at the Almere made everything really easy and simple; they made sure I knew everything first.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Location wise, it’s perfect. It’s quiet but still central and everything you need is on your doorstep. Residents parking could be better but that’s a council problem and out of managements control. Bin collections and road noise are both generally good.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I’ve never had any issues at The Almere, however any enquiries I’ve made have been responded to same day.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
R1 parking is a short walk away but isn’t directly outside however this is made clear both online and typically when you view an apartment here.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The Almere is in a convenient location in Milton Keynes, with shops, restaurants and everyday essentials nearby. It’s a good base for enjoying the city centre and getting around.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
yes, did not raised a anything lately. Only maintenance that was picked up quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
nothing I can pick up. Maybe more flexibility when you want to move out
