As you enter the property before going into the reception room, there is a large conservatory which can either be used as is, or converted to a roof terrace/subject to planning permission be extended into.

Access to the private section of the garden is from stairs off the conservatory.

Owner’s Comments;

I’ve loved living in Crouch Hill; it’s like having the best of both Finsbury Park and Crouch End on your doorstep.

There’s a real neighbourhood feel, with lots of young professionals and great independent local pubs, shops, and restaurants, including The Robin, Tolligton Fish Bar, and Les 2 Garcons. Big Jo is a favourite for coffee and breakfast, while there are so many independent restaurants, cafés and shops in both Finsbury Park and Crouch End which are a 10-minute walk away.

There are loads of amenities around, like gyms and studios or lidos, so there’s loads of stuff to do.

It’s also a great location for plenty of greenery - The Parkland Walk is practically on the doorstep – which gives you a wonderful green route towards Highgate in one direction and Finsbury Park and Woodberry Down in the other.

Hampstead Heath is also two stops on the Overground from nearby Crouch Hill, so it’s very easy to escape the roads and enjoy some greenery.”

At home, the dual-aspect layout gives the flat a lovely sense of space and the open layout is very communal. It’s really well insulated, has plenty of room, and the garden is fantastic in the summer.

Altogether, it’s a great combination of a comfortable home, outdoor space and a lively local neighbourhood

Location;
