A Warm Reception

If our founder John Beach Fleuret came by for a Fleurets board meeting today - what would he find?

While some of the Coaching Inns he knew are still around, everything else in the industry has changed. And while Fleurets has changed too, growing and developing to offer the services that the leisure and hospitality industry today demands, one thing that hasn't changed is our committment to you, our clients.

We believe that being professional means always acting with integrity. That's not just a claim; most of our work is repeat business and an unusually low turnover of staff tells its own story. Honesty, straight talking and a relentlessly professional ethos; these are all things that John Beach Fleuret would recognise about the company that bears his name today.

We know we're nothing without our clients so we strive to put your needs at the centre of everything we do. Client service starts when you pick up the phone to Fleurets and it doesn't end when a deal is done or a service is complete. Instead we aim to build a relationship with you, trying to answer - and even anticipate - all your needs in the leisure and hospitality industry. From putting you in contact with the right counterparties to advising on strategy and marketing, we give you the benefit of our experience in hotels, restaurants, pubs and all forms of leisure property.

The leisure and hospitality industry in the UK is changing faster than ever. The old assumptions are breaking down and new opportunities are being uncovered all the time. The profile of licensees is changing as the industry becomes increasingly sophisticated and multinational. At Fleurets we are in the vanguard of this change, providing professional consultancy services. We're also an independent voice in the industry, looking ahead and suggesting where the market is going next. Constant product and service development is about creating the services that the leisure and hospitality industry needs today - and will need tomorrow.
