Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I'd never heard of Earlsfield before I lived here and now it's my favourite place in London. The high street has everything you need and has some great restaurants/cafes. The area has a very family feel to it and I've even built friendships with some of the vendors in the area. Its also just a short bus ride from Southside shopping centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Never had any issues here. The issues I had were always resolved quickly and communication from staff were good.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn't know there was air con before moving in and that was such a bonus!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I would say it is quite close to bars and shops. It is not far from a place called green room which is in the city centre two or three little bars and restaurants in the little Square right infront of the flats there is also a Sainsbury’s and a Tesco express nearby which you had the can be on the expensive side but the convenience of them being there is quite nice obviously with it being on a main road busy times in the morning you could obviously hear the traffic coming through but it doesn’t last too long. I would also say the parking next to it. There’s no one on the street parking so if you’re wanting to just visit friends or family, it is quite expensive to park nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All issues I have raised have been responded to there’s been nothing that I have said that hasn’t been acknowledged

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would’ve been helpful to know about them nearby parking I think when friends and families come to visit I wish it just wasn’t so expensive

    New Acres Wandsworth, SW18

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I’m still fairly new to the neighbourhood, but so far, I’m absolutely loving it! There are plenty of shops nearby, which makes everyday life incredibly convenient, and the train station is just a 3-minute walk away. Honestly, what more could you ask for? The windows in my apartment deserve their own five-star review — the soundproofing is fantastic! Once they’re closed, I can barely hear a thing from outside. It’s like having my own little peaceful bubble, even with everything happening nearby. The only real danger I’ve discovered so far? The bloody McDonald’s just around the corner, tempting me every single time I walk past. My willpower is already filing a formal complaint. I’m still exploring the area, but my first impressions have been brilliant. It’s convenient, well-connected, and surprisingly peaceful inside the apartment. So far, so good — and my only complaint is that the fries are far too close for comfort

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Well, I accidentally put the management team to the ultimate test… at 4–5 AM. It had been a busy night! The battery in my apartment door lock decided to give up on life, leaving me locked out and questioning all my life choices. Thankfully, Peter and Taylor came to the rescue! They responded incredibly quickly, helped me get back inside and made sure the battery was replaced. Massive thanks to both of them for saving the night (or technically, the morning)!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Royal Mail Wandsworth Delivery Office. Opening hours? 8–10 AM. If Royal Mail doesn’t leave your parcel in the parcel room next to reception, you’rebasically screwed. BUT! On a much happier note, I had no idea so many young people lived here! There’s such a lovely, vibrant energy throughout the building. whether it’s in the lobby, workspace or gym. It genuinely makes the place feel alive! And here’s my favourite tip: if you fancy a pint but have nobody to go with, just head to one of the nearby pubs on your own! Chances are you’ll spot a familiar face from the building, and before you know it, you’re not drinking alone anymore. The parcels might be difficult to find, but good company certainly isn’t!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nice social apartment in Coventry ever seen, with nice team and organisation. Although it little bit expensive , at least it worth for me a year to live a decent lifestyle.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded and addressed in any time. So I don’t need to worry anything

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was dreaming that I can live this place decently and happily during a year. Actually I did, I am very lucky to live in this apartment which very close to my uni classroom. If I had chance, I would still recommend this apartment to new tenants

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s super conveniently located it’s close to loads of shops and to town. The street is relatively quiet however there isn’t much parking within the building we’ve been waiting a few months to get a space and still haven’t and the free on street parking is limited and constantly occupied. The bin collections are pretty constant and rarely have issues with those. Everyone’s quite lovely in terms of other neighbours and staff and we have no complaints with people within the building however sometimes they smoke outside the building meaning the smoke can get into the flats but that’s human I guess. The open spaces are well maintained and stocked.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yeah they’ve responded really quickly and tend to send someone around really quickly and reply to queries in person and via the form really quick

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The events are super cool but maybe like a broadcast/email could help? And the parking situation upfront would have been better and easier to manage expectations
