A few natural stone steps lead down to the beach. That is the whole journey from this villa to the fine white sand of Tuerredda Bay, in south Sardinia.

The house stands on a promontory at the water's edge, looking over the blue and turquoise of the bay and its islet. It has 250 m² of living space on a plot of 20,000 m² (almost 5 acres), in a garden of native aromatic plants, pines, agaves and green lawn.

The outdoor spaces are arranged by the hour. The breakfast spot is shaded by a triangular sail. An oval table on the main terrace is there for sunsets and starry nights, with a sofa in a panoramic corner behind it and a telescope station for the night sky. By the steps is an open-air fitness area, and an outside stone staircase leads to a place to relax near the beach.

Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows and rounded, irregular panes catch the light without dazzling. The large living room is one open space, with a dining area and a place to unwind, in soft pastels, light fabrics and pale wood, so that nothing competes with the sea.

On the first floor, two bedroom areas hold four bedrooms, including a principal bedroom with an en-suite, and five bathrooms. The villa also has a photovoltaic system, a solar thermal system and artesian wells for its water.
