5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I have had an amazing experience since moving in to Triangle Yard. City centre location with loads of shops near by and great transport links. Quiet area and very low anti-social behaviour only downside is there is a lack of parking availability and the parking available in the area is extortionately priced.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
When I lost my wallet, the building management team were incredibly helpful and supportive. They responded quickly, made sure I was looked after, and helped me get everything sorted with minimal stress. Their friendly and professional approach made a difficult situation much easier to deal with.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There isn't much I wish I'd known before moving in, as the whole experience has been very positive. Perhaps a little more information about the building's facilities beforehand.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Triangle Yard is in a great city centre location, with everything you need within walking distance. It’s especially convenient if you work at the hospital, which is just a short walk away. The train station is around 10 minutes away on foot, and there are plenty of bus stops nearby, making it easy to get around without a car. There’s a good choice of shops, restaurants and bars nearby, with Tesco and Sainsbury’s both just a short walk away. Parking is available, although it can be quite expensive, which is worth considering if you drive. The area is generally quiet, with very little traffic noise, and I’ve never experienced any antisocial behaviour in or around the building. Bin collections are regular, although the bins can fill up quite quickly. It’s a great place to live if you want to be close to the city centre and have everything within easy reach.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t had many issues since living here, but in my experience, the building management are quick to respond to maintenance requests. Residents can use a traffic light system to report issues and indicate how urgent they are, which seems to work well and helps make sure problems are prioritised appropriately.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Honestly, there isn’t anything I wish I’d known before moving in. My experience so far has been really positive, and the building has met my expectations.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Haven’t needed to raise any issues yet - someone on reception 24/7 tho which is good to have!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good local amenities- close to station & city centre. Close to canal for green space. No instances of anti-social behaviour or traffic noise issues.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
There have been no issues to raise but would know how to by the welcoming staff.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
More about bills and initial set up, what’s already in place.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in Leeds city centre is very convenient, with a great selection of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and bars all within walking distance. There is plenty of variety, from independent businesses to well-known chains, and the area has a lively atmosphere with lots to do. Transport links are excellent, with Leeds train station and numerous bus routes nearby, making commuting and travelling around the city easy. However, traffic can get quite busy, particularly during rush hour, and parking is limited and often expensive. The area is generally well maintained, and bin collections are reliable. Although the city centre can be noisy at times, particularly on weekends due to nightlife and traffic, this is to be expected when living centrally although if you keep your windows shut you can’t hear a thing!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t had any issues so far but anything that I had questions about or needed they were super helpful
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I feel like I was well informed before moving in so nothings been a surprise
