There are two double bedrooms, both carpeted, and a modern bathroom with white suite, shower over bath and heated towel rail.

Outside, the property has a low maintenance gravelled frontage overlooking green space with a path to the entrance, and an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and timber shed, offering a private outdoor area.

A holding deposit of £300 is required to secure the property ahead of referencing. The security deposit required is £1500.

As well as being the first stately home to open it's doors to the public it was also the first place, outside of Africa to open a Safari Park.

Westbury White Horse

The Westbury White Horse is the oldest of the Wiltshire horses. It is also one of the best situated, being high on a very steep slope and overlooking a very panoramic view. It is on Westbury Hill, on the edge of the Bratton Downs immediately below the Iron Age hill fort called Bratton Camp. Many believe that the initial carving was made to commemorate Alfred's victory over the Danes at the battle of Ethandune in 878.
