The current owners have further elevated this remarkable property through extensive renovations, refreshing all interior and exterior surfaces and transforming the grounds with beautiful new landscaping, gardens, patios and stone walkways. Offering approximately 6,000 square feet, the main residence features 5 bedrooms, 5 full baths and 1 half bath, complemented by a charming guest cottage complete with kitchen, living room, bedroom, 1.5 baths and sleeping loft. Breathtaking views of Lake Michigan and overlooking Charlevoix's iconic red lighthouse, this home is just steps from the Lake Michigan Beach and downtown Charlevoix.
