We love the genuine sense of community along the avenue. Oaken Grove Park is just a stone’s throw away, where you are always likely to bump into fellow dog walkers and local families. At the other end of the road you'll find the doctors' surgery, pharmacy, coffee shop and the infamous Big Dog bakery, where catching up with neighbours while queueing has become a happy part of the morning routine for many locals. There is a constant flow of people heading to the park, walking their children to school or simply enjoying some fresh air and exercise.
