Description
Five things our current owners love about their home:
1. Our beautifully refurbished home. We love how the house has been transformed since we refurbished it around 18 months ago. Everything has been finished to a very high standard, creating a modern, comfortable home that we`re really proud of.
2. Cosy evenings by the log burner. One of our favourite features is the log burner in the lounge. There`s nothing better than coming home on a cold winter evening, lighting the fire and relaxing in such a warm and cosy space.
3. Our peaceful cul-de-sac and lovely neighbours. We really appreciate how quiet Brora Crescent is. Being tucked away in a lovely cul-de-sac with friendly neighbours makes it such a pleasant place to live.
4. Our beautiful, sunny garden. We`ve loved spending time in our gardens, especially the patio area, which enjoys sunshine throughout the day. It`s been a fantastic space for relaxing outdoors, entertaining and making the most of the warmer weather.
5. All the extra storage space. Having plenty of storage has been a real bonus. The floored loft area provides excellent additional space, making it much easier to keep the house organised without sacrificing room in the living areas.
Refurbished to an impressive standard just 18 months ago, this beautiful bungalow offers modern, comfortable living in a peaceful cul-de-sac setting. With tasteful finishes throughout, excellent storage and a fabulous garden designed for outdoor entertaining, there`s plenty to fall in love with.
The lounge is a wonderful place to relax, with soft neutral decor, plush carpeting and a large window allowing natural light to brighten the room. A stylish log burning stove creates a striking focal point, bringing warmth and character to the space. Whether you`re enjoying a cosy winter evening by the fire or spending time with family and friends, this is a room that feels instantly welcoming.
The recently refurbished kitchen is beautifully finished with contemporary grey cabinetry, contrasting dark worktops and sleek black fittings. Integrated cooking appliances and a modern extractor hood complement the streamlined design, while the window above the sink provides a lovely outlook towards the rear garden. With excellent cupboard and worktop space, this kitchen is as practical as it is stylish.
The main bedroom is a comfortable double, beautifully presented with neutral decor, soft carpeting and fitted storage. A large window allows plenty of natural light into the room, creating a bright and relaxing atmosphere with space for additional bedroom furniture.
Bedroom two is another lovely room, currently arranged as an additional sitting area. With stylish flooring, neutral walls and a window overlooking the garden, this versatile space could easily be used as a second bedroom, guest room or home office, depending on your needs.
The contemporary shower room has been finished to an excellent standard, featuring a generous walk in shower enclosure with modern fittings, a sleek vanity unit with wash hand basin and WC. Large format grey tiling creates a sophisticated finish, making this a lovely space for everyday routines.
A welcoming entrance hallway connects the accommodation, with fresh decor and a bright, modern finish that continues throughout the home. The property also benefits from excellent storage, including a floored loft area providing valuable additional space.
Outside is where this home really stands out. The beautifully landscaped rear garden has been thoughtfully designed to create a fantastic space for relaxing and entertaining. Attractive paved areas, decorative stone and raised sections give the garden a contemporary feel, while the generous patio enjoys sunshine throughout the day. With plenty of room for outdoor furniture, this is the perfect setting for summer barbecues, drinks with friends or simply enjoying the sunshine. The gardens low maintenance design means more time relaxing and less time gardening.
To the front, the property enjoys an attractive setting with a neatly maintained lawn, established planting and a generous driveway providing convenient off
street parking.
Brora Crescent enjoys a peaceful residential setting in Hamilton, with local shops, supermarkets, schools and everyday amenities within easy reach. The area is also well positioned for commuters, with access to the M74 motorway network and railway connections from Hamilton towards Glasgow and surrounding areas.
