Description

Period fireplaces, two double bedrooms and direct bedroom access to a garden deck distinguish this Malvern home, complete with garaging and parking.

This semi-detached home combines period character with separate living and dining rooms, each featuring a fireplace. The kitchen adjoins the dining room, with a utility area providing access to the bathroom. Upstairs, two double bedrooms include a principal bedroom with extensive fitted storage, while the second bedroom enjoys a dual aspect. A raised deck connects with the tiered rear garden, where lawn, borders and seating areas create distinct outdoor spaces. Below the living accommodation, an integral garage complements the driveway parking.

The ground floor
Red and yellow tiled splashbacks bring colour to the kitchen, complemented by timber effect cabinets and red work surfaces. A stainless steel sink sits beneath the side window, while an extractor hood serves the cooker space. The adjoining utility area provides access to the bathroom.

A carved fireplace surround and recessed timber cupboards give the dining room its character. Its direct connection with the kitchen keeps the two spaces closely linked, while a side window overlooks the external approach.

An arched cast iron fireplace with a timber surround and dark hearth creates an attractive centrepiece in the living room. Windows to the front and side give a dual aspect, with access from the entrance hall keeping this reception room separate from the dining room.

White wall tiles with blue borders frame the bathroom’s panelled bath, electric shower, pedestal wash basin and WC. A mirrored cabinet adds storage, while an obscured window admits daylight. Access is through the utility area.

The first floor
French doors open directly from the primary bedroom onto the timber garden deck, giving this room a distinctive outdoor connection. Fitted wardrobes and overhead cupboards provide extensive storage, balanced by the character of a decorative cast iron fireplace.

Windows to the front and side give the second double bedroom an open outlook across neighbouring rooftops. A cupboard adds useful storage, with the room positioned across the landing from the primary bedroom.

The garden and parking
A balustraded timber deck extends from the primary bedroom, creating a sheltered spot for outdoor dining. Steps connect the tiered garden’s lawn, stocked borders and further seating areas, with brick retaining walls, mature trees and a timber shed adding structure and interest.

A sloping block paved driveway provides parking beside the home, with stepped pedestrian access rising alongside it. The integral garage occupies the level beneath the living accommodation and offers additional storage or space for workshop activities.
