area offers decent selection of dining, groceries , etc location feels safe close proximity to buses and reading rail station building not haunted by ancient evil spirits is a real plus
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
excellent - both response time and quality of service - special call out to Matthew & Piotr for going above and beyond
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
council tax costs ( yikes ) pre-furnished bed mattresses are...less than ideal - invest in padding over the mattress

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in town center is very accessible. Emporium is two minutes walk to town. There are lots of restaurants, grocery shops, and shopping spots. The station is about 8 minutes walk away so great for commuting. Reading station is well connected and there’s also a RailAir bus to Heathrow airport which is helpful.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The issues can be raised on the resident app and maintenance are quick to attend usually within the same week.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How easy it would be to feel connected to the area and the community in the building. People living here and the team are very friendly. Emporium also hosts events for residents to get involved and meet neighbors, which is lovely.
