very good location and beside alot of different train stations. everything is close by. my biggest concern is visitor parking. there are only about 6 spots and they’re almost always taken, and there’s no where near by for guests to park. it’s always a struggle
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
they take a while to get back to me. i have rasied a complaint a couple days ago and still no response. however the reception is very helpful and theyve help me raise alot of maintenance requests
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
that theres barely any parking for visitors and once there is a spot its extremely expensive. and the waste chute rooms are always filled up and always stink

A big thanks to Dave, Darren, Ben & Charlie - they’re always on hand to help and make life at Oxbow very comfortable.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team are quick to respond to any issues, always do a top job and generally are all very friendly and amiable. They make living at Oxbow feel like a home. A special shoutout to Dave and Ben - they’ve been brilliant the entire time I’ve been here.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The only issue is with the Wi-Fi provider. None of the big providers work in the building.

We are in the middle of the town centre, and we have access to lots of restaurants. I usually drive, but the station is close by as well. Shopping is great around here; I normally use Sainsbury's and Lidl, and I also shop at TK Maxx.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven't raised any issues yet, but I do have some scratches on the floor. I'm sure the maintenance team is great too.

No comment on this, as I don't have anything to raise at all.

This building is perfect location to schools, grocery, retail, battersea power station, etc. Noise level is low. Feels like a busy city setting within a nice community where everyone knows each other.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Maintenance and management have been great! Ty & Reuben helped me this week in maintenance. The girls that work the front desk are also fantastic. Anu & Sydney to name a couple, but they are ALL great!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Getting parcels can be an issue so I try not to order anything online. They should have someone organizing that room more because the mailmen don’t put things in the correct flats.
