Good: we love living here with nice place, amenities, staff and location. It is also clean and well maintained. Bad: sometimes there are sketchy characters outside the area.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very fast and accommodating. The only issue is the new app. Hope you can fix this.

Nothing really. Just pls make the courtyard pet friendly. It was before.

Local supermarket just a 2 minute walk and the train station is just 10 minutes away. Very convenient!

Management have been great and helped me a lot with any issues I have raised.

I didn’t know they have the free fitness classes! Saved me from getting a gym membership.

With the way The Almere is run, you don't really need to go elsewhere, although shops and pubs are close, they do enough that you feel the entire community here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven't had to raise any issues yet but i have met the team and they seem lovely

The team at the Almere made everything really easy and simple; they made sure I knew everything first.

Location wise, it’s perfect. It’s quiet but still central and everything you need is on your doorstep. Residents parking could be better but that’s a council problem and out of managements control. Bin collections and road noise are both generally good.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I’ve never had any issues at The Almere, however any enquiries I’ve made have been responded to same day.

R1 parking is a short walk away but isn’t directly outside however this is made clear both online and typically when you view an apartment here.
