Absolute love the area, perfect 10 minute walk into the city and bullring shops. Beautiful cafes and restaurants near by and super convenient with the train station next door
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, only ever minor things, like some silicon that needed fixing and had someone look at it within 24 hours

Honestly there’s nothing that stands out, if anything this place has exceed all expectations

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I worked at the County Hospital and so although Moda is close to Hove station and bus stops, my daily commute required changing buses twice and took around 45 minutes each way, which became quite tiring. The location is quiet and residential, away from the busier city centre, which is good for peace and privacy. Local amenities and the seafront are reasonably accessible. Finding a parking space for a visiting guest was extremely difficult, as there are very few parking spots available for both residents and visitors. At times, it felt as though Moda did not plan to accommodate residents who owned cars.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I would especially like to thank Mike and Shannon for making my time at Moda truly memorable. In particular, Mike was incredibly kind, supportive, and helpful throughout my stay, and his assistance made a real difference.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how limited and expensive the parking options would be before moving in. There are very few parking spaces available for residents, and securing a spot for a guest can be especially difficult. For anyone who owns a car or regularly has visitors, this is an important consideration, as parking can feel almost non-existent especially during weekends.

Good local shops all around. Great selection of nearby restaurants if you want to order food even very late at night. Public transport is very good and snow hill station is just right outside

. My apartment is clean, beautiful, spacious and comfortable. It is in a great location, close to the city centre and within easy reach of the train station, making it very convenient for travelling and getting around. The area is comfortable and well located, and the apartment is a lovely place to live. Overall, I am very happy with the apartment and its location.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team is helpful and professional. They respond well to any questions or concerns and make the overall living experience comfortable and pleasant.

I wish I had known how convenient the location was before moving in. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable, and it is close to the city centre and train station. Overall, it has been a great place to live, and I am happy with my choice.

Excellent range of shops within walking distance of the apartments. Really nice outdoor space onsite for summer days. To relax. Excellent transportation links into city centre and only a 25 min ride to airport. Excellent onsite facilities include pool table and chillout coffee area which is great for a much needed break from work. The site as a whole has key fob entry and is very secure for family living.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quick response to repair ventilation issues and light fitting not working
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Only issue or improvement I would make would be natural ventilation as the windows only open a small distance. Also my wife has been unable to get a space at the yoga classes
