Regeneration at its best. Feeling the life being breathed into an area of the city that was once a place of industry to somewhat a disused and abandoned area. “Up and coming” is the term I think!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always respond asap, it feels like 48hrs max. The communication is AMAZING. All residents are always kept up to date with exactly what is happening. Communist specific and timely. A*.

Will have to think in this, but nothing comes to mind.

The area is a really nice place to live, with plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants nearby. It's convenient for everyday life, with good transport links and everything you need within easy reach. Overall, we've really enjoyed living in this neighbourhood and find it a comfortable and convenient place to call home.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Whenever we've had an issue or needed help, the team has been approachable and supportive. They're always happy to listen and do their best to get things sorted.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How lovely and welcoming the concierge team would be! Jodie, Abbie, Annie, Daniel and Mark are all amazing and make this place feel like home. It's something you don't really think about during a viewing, but having such a friendly and helpful team makes a huge difference when you actually live here!

It is a bit of a walking to Piccadilly Gardens, and there aren't many restaurants nearby. The road closure caused a lot of traffic on my way to drive home.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They take a long time to reply or ignore the complaint. It's a shame the management doesn't seem to be putting much of a shift in quite a few problems could have been spotted and sorted sooner.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The car park is very poorly managed and the gym is very poorly maintained.

I love the great selection of local restaurants, the nearby cinema, and the convenient access to the railway station, which makes commuting easy. However, the biggest drawback is the lack of free parking, which is a major inconvenience. Also, in house gym wpuld have been nice.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management responds promptly and professionally whenever issues are raised. Maintenance and cleaning requests are handled quickly, ensuring any repairs or concerns are resolved without delay. Their proactive approach and clear communication make living here feel well-supported and stress-free.

Nothing that I recall, no unexpected surprises after moving in.

Personally, I can say I have a peaceful stay here in the Tilt Works. All available in around, convenient.

Well, I believe there is a possibility of scaling up the apartment by adding some more furniture or at least kitchen appliances
