5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is an amazing area to live in. It is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of city centre but is still a walkable distance if you want to go into town. They have a range of shops all around including the Tescos which are also a walkable distance. The only downside I would say is the hills which is a problem all over Birmingham but just makes it difficult to when coming back from travelling or moving. The transport is also easily accessible with a train and tram station right beside it as well as bus stops nearby.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes I was having issues with my router for the WiFi box and they were able to get it fixed as soon as possible.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I knew was how easily accessible this place was to the restaurants and to the amenities that they have outside of apartments. I do not have to walk far for any of these places

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
We have lots of places extremely close by that offer great food and an environment to have a good time. All of it, without making the neighbourhood noisy. The train station is literally stones throw from our building, and yet it’s peaceful and quiet here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Exceptionally well. We have never had to wait more than the designated time to get issues resolved. And like I mentioned in my comments earlier, the front of house team alongside the maintenance teams, leave no stone unturned.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
If you have a car, do check for parking and the availability of space with your apartment. There are limited spaces. However, we didn’t need to buy a car because the public transport links are all just a short walk away - and the city centre is itself a 5-8 minute walk away.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I'd never heard of Earlsfield before I lived here and now it's my favourite place in London. The high street has everything you need and has some great restaurants/cafes. The area has a very family feel to it and I've even built friendships with some of the vendors in the area. Its also just a short bus ride from Southside shopping centre.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Never had any issues here. The issues I had were always resolved quickly and communication from staff were good.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I didn't know there was air con before moving in and that was such a bonus!

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I would say it is quite close to bars and shops. It is not far from a place called green room which is in the city centre two or three little bars and restaurants in the little Square right infront of the flats there is also a Sainsbury’s and a Tesco express nearby which you had the can be on the expensive side but the convenience of them being there is quite nice obviously with it being on a main road busy times in the morning you could obviously hear the traffic coming through but it doesn’t last too long. I would also say the parking next to it. There’s no one on the street parking so if you’re wanting to just visit friends or family, it is quite expensive to park nearby.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
All issues I have raised have been responded to there’s been nothing that I have said that hasn’t been acknowledged
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It would’ve been helpful to know about them nearby parking I think when friends and families come to visit I wish it just wasn’t so expensive
