5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Oldfield Wharf is in a great location, with Deansgate and Manchester city centre within walking distance. There's a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops nearby, along with convenient transport links. Everything is fairly accessible, which makes it a good place to live if you work in or around the city centre.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team has been approachable and responsive whenever I've had any questions. Communication has been clear, and they've been helpful in dealing with any queries I've raised. Overall, I've been pleased with the level of support provided.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing major comes to mind. I'd recommend getting familiar with the building facilities and how everything operates early on. The location is particularly convenient, and having so many amenities within walking distance has been a real advantage.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location itself is fantastic. Having the bus station just a short 4-minute walk away makes getting around so practical and effortless, especially with multiple stops that connect you directly to where you need to go. Doing daily runs for essentials is completely stress-free too, with great supermarkets like Co-op right nearby. What I’ve loved most, though, is how calm and neighborhood-friendly the area feels. It’s quiet, comfortable, and has a lovely community feel to it.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Thankfully I have not encountered any problems or issues regarding maintenance.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
If there’s one minor detail I wish I had known beforehand, it’s the specifics of the key policy. Make sure to double-check their rules on keys before move-in day so there are no surprises, but otherwise everything about living here has been great.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is simply perfect. Close to Manchester city centre, bus stops and train stations are nearby. It's handy to reach the airport in 25 mins from a train station 10-15 mins away.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
All our concerns were taken into account and resolved.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There's construction across the road, something to consider before moving in.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I personally love living in this area, it’s exactly the right distance to be within walking distance of the city centre without being too central - as a young woman living alone safety is my main concern and I’ve always felt incredibly at ease. Also incredible local brunch spots as well as Salford cathedral.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Every maintenance request I have ever raised has been resolved on the very next working day, if not the same day. I never have any trouble at all.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Only thing to consider is that all apartments come fully furnished and there’s no option for an unfurnished apartment so if you have furniture already, be prepared to either sell it or keep it in storage!

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area/location is great. Very accessible going to the city. The space is very homey, and we love seeing people and pets around.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management service is on point and really good. We had Azaria and Kayza who managed us from viewing up to moving in. They are very helpful, accommodating, and easy to deal with. I find Azaria knowledgeable in answering questions. Everyone in the team are actually nice, including the security people who are assigned overnight.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Not actually that we don’t know. But we feel like it would be good if the tenants have the choice to select internet provider. The current provider is good though, but value for money could be looked at further if tenants has the flexibility. However, taking into account as well that the centralized wifi is available in the facilities, which is great, so that’s understandable.
