Living at 219Baker is very convenient and safe. I love exploring the beautiful surroundings, which are just a short walk from the building. My university is also very close, which is a huge plus for me

Great service overall! Any maintenance issues I’ve had have been addressed promptly, with quick follow-ups and efficient resolutions.

I honestly can’t think of anything to improve, as I’ve been very satisfied with my experience since moving in.

The location is great, close to Marylbone and Regents Parks. The only issue are the busy roads nearby.

The station is very close easy to travel in 15 minutes anywhere central , the local shops are very good lots of places to visit around. I have visited a nice fish shop which Kitti recommended. Green park it's 2 minutes away which is very nice relaxing. I like that there is lots of coffee shops around.

Very helpful team , no issues. Everything is great since the beginning
