I love the location, close to everything. Difficult to park on street for deliveries but lots of car parks nearby. Can be loud with sirens but nothing bad.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Came quickly to fix when required.

There is noise from sirens quite a lot of the time, but this gets better with time

I love living at swan street been here almost one year and it always feels like a new home. The building is in the centre of Manchester near local shops like the arndale.

The area has a good range of local shops, restaurants and bars, with most everyday essentials easily accessible. There are also some pleasant open spaces nearby for walking and spending time outdoors. Public transport links are generally convenient, although services can occasionally be delayed or busy during peak times. The street itself isn't relatively quiet, with traffic noise generally manageable. Parking can sometimes be limited, particularly during busier periods, but overall the area is a convenient and pleasant place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always adressed or at least noted. Took a whille to fix the treadmills though. Night secruity are always great

How to pay bills wasn't really discussed enough. More direction would be useful

The local area has a good range of shops, restaurants and bars, with plenty of open spaces nearby. Transport links are generally convenient, making it easy to get around and travel into nearby areas. Living on the street is generally pleasant, with a friendly atmosphere. Parking and traffic can occasionally be challenging, but overall it is a nice place to live. Josh and Yuvi are also a great help to the local community and make a really positive difference to the area.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has always been approachable, friendly and quick to respond to any issues raised. They are helpful, professional and make a genuine effort to resolve problems. Josh and Yuvi deserve particular recognition for their excellent support and willingness to go above and beyond
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known is just how much the building management team contributes to the overall living experience. Having helpful, approachable people like Josh and Yuvi around makes a real difference. My advice to anyone moving in would be to make the most of the facilities, get to know the team and don't hesitate to ask them for help if needed. Overall, it's a welcoming place to live

I have lived in swan street for a while now and I enjoy living here. It is the perfect building for me to grow in Manchester City centre.

Yes anything that has happened they fixed even when moving in there was minor issues and they helped guide me along the way.

I wish I knew about the amenity booking system as sometimes I feel the same people always use them.
