Five things our current owners love about their home:
1. The wonderful village community. We love living in Kilmacolm. It`s such a beautiful village with a fantastic community atmosphere, and having independent shops, cafes, restaurants and everyday amenities nearby makes it a wonderful place to call home.
2. The excellent schools and family lifestyle. One of the things we appreciate most is how well suited the area is to family life. Having local primary schooling and the highly regarded St Columba`s School within the village is a real advantage, alongside the lovely surroundings and welcoming community.
3. The countryside and convenient connections. We love being surrounded by beautiful countryside, with fantastic walking and cycling routes nearby. It feels peaceful and removed from the bustle of city life, yet Glasgow, Paisley and Glasgow Airport are all conveniently accessible when we need them.
4. The character, space and improvements we`ve made. We`ve loved the combination of traditional character and generous room sizes throughout our home. We`ve invested significantly in making it even more comfortable, including a full rewire, new windows and doors, our beautiful Wren kitchen with NEFF appliances, a new utility room and extensive redecoration. It`s been wonderful seeing these improvements come together.
5. The incredible views from our main bedroom. The uninterrupted views from our main bedroom are something we`ll really miss. Looking out across the beautiful green countryside without buildings obstructing the outlook is such a special feature. Combined with the spacious rooms and practical modern additions, it`s made this a fantastic home for us.
