The area is lovely and convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants and public transport. Everything I need is close by, which makes everyday life easier. I also really appreciate the service, especially Moses and Peter, who are always friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team has been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. Moses and Peter in particular are always approachable, professional and willing to help. They make an effort to ensure residents feel comfortable and supported, which I really appreciate.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how welcoming and friendly the staff would be! The building is modern, comfortable and has a lovely atmosphere. One thing worth knowing is that the concierge desk isn’t always staffed, even though the building advertises a 24-hour concierge service. However, the staff I’ve interacted with have been genuinely lovely and helpful, especially Moses and Peter.

Generally a very good area to live that’s just slightly outside the city centre and everything you need within a short distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The team is very good and respond generally fast most of the time.

My apartment is modern, beautifully presented, spacious and very comfortable. It has everything I need to feel at home, and the location is fantastic, with easy access to the city centre, local shops, restaurants and transport links. The apartment is well maintained, clean and provides a lovely living environment. The building itself is also welcoming, and the overall experience has been excellent.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team is helpful and professional. They respond quickly and well to any questions or concerns and make the overall living experience comfortable and pleasant.

The location is extremely convenient, with train station super close and local shops nearby. Great place to live!

Absolute love the area, perfect 10 minute walk into the city and bullring shops. Beautiful cafes and restaurants near by and super convenient with the train station next door

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, only ever minor things, like some silicon that needed fixing and had someone look at it within 24 hours

Honestly there’s nothing that stands out, if anything this place has exceed all expectations

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I worked at the County Hospital and so although Moda is close to Hove station and bus stops, my daily commute required changing buses twice and took around 45 minutes each way, which became quite tiring. The location is quiet and residential, away from the busier city centre, which is good for peace and privacy. Local amenities and the seafront are reasonably accessible. Finding a parking space for a visiting guest was extremely difficult, as there are very few parking spots available for both residents and visitors. At times, it felt as though Moda did not plan to accommodate residents who owned cars.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I would especially like to thank Mike and Shannon for making my time at Moda truly memorable. In particular, Mike was incredibly kind, supportive, and helpful throughout my stay, and his assistance made a real difference.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how limited and expensive the parking options would be before moving in. There are very few parking spaces available for residents, and securing a spot for a guest can be especially difficult. For anyone who owns a car or regularly has visitors, this is an important consideration, as parking can feel almost non-existent especially during weekends.
