5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is really convenient to live in. There’s a tram stop nearby, which makes getting into the city centre really easy. There are also plenty of shops (though shopping here can get very expensive) and a retail park close by, and it’s not too far to walk into the city either. The main downside is the traffic, which can get quite bad around the building, especially in the evenings. There are often tram closures around the tram stop which means occasionally there are no trams running for weeks at a time which can make getting places far more difficult as this also causes a massive increase in the traffic around the building.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management have always been super quick with responding to any maintenance issues we’ve had, often coming the same or next day and it issue has always been resolved then.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known is that the road the development is on is sometimes closed for events such as the marathon, and that this can really impact traveling in the area. Whilst having the shops super close by, this can often get very expensive shopping solely here as there is only one big supermarket close by, so it’s worth noting that it’s a bit of a further journey to the bigger supermarkets.
