Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location, nearby transport links, hospitals, supermarkets and restaurants not to mention commerce and Selfridges & Regent’s Park close by. Farmers market in Marylebone on Sundays is great to. Baker street is busy but once inside you won’t notice it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fast response in general although specific Maintenance issues requiring external contractors depends more on Contractors availability . Having said that am always well informed of works updates and disruption is minimal

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I am living at 219Baker for the second time and that tell all
