Strawberry Bank is a cobbled lane running between Perth Road and Magdalen Green, its stone walls and mature trees framing glimpses of the Tay and Fife beyond, and it has changed very little since the Victorian era. The garden is private and laid mainly to lawn, with mature trees, and it runs down to the carriage house. This stands over two levels, with a garage below behind a roller door and a second room above of similar size. As it stands it is excellent storage, and it would suit an art studio or a home office, subject to any necessary consents, a whole building to put to work rather than just somewhere to park.
A West End address that still gives a sense of Dundee as it once was.
