Tenure
The land will be let on a Grazing Licence from 1st December 2026 to 28th February 2027 or when the crop has been fully grazed.
The land is not available for Basic Payment Scheme Purposes

Rent
The rent will be payable in one instalment, being payable on the signing of the Grazing Licence.

Location & Access
The land is situated 5 minutes from Llanbister and can be accessed off the A483.

Wayleaves, Easements & Rights of Way
The land will be let subject to all existing Easements, Wayleaves and Rights of Way. The Landlord reserves the right for himself or a nominee of his choice to access any part of the land at any time.
