There is many shops within a few feet of the building and public transport seems very frequent. The building is very close to the city centre where you can find anything you need

I haven’t had any issues whilst living here. Everything has been perfect.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The gym is really good and spacious but it could use a few more things.

Bus and train are also close which make travelling easy. There is always somewhere to go and things to do. Overall, happy with the area.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's a nice area to live in, with shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. There are good transport options, so travelling around is not difficult. Everything I need is fairly close, and the area is generally well looked after. It makes day to day life quite easy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever I've had a problem, the team have been helpful and tried to sort it out. They are easy to speak to and make sure things don't get ignored. I've had a good experience with them so far.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would tell new neighbours to get familiar with all the facilities when they first move in. It makes things easier, and there is always someone around if you need help or have any questions.

    Manager's response

Thank you Aisha, we really appreciate your time in leaving us such a lovely review. We are all so happy that you are enjoying your home at Makers Place :)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I honestly can’t fault the location. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and things nearby, and getting around is really easy. The transport links are good and everything you need is close enough. I never had any problems with the area and really enjoyed living there.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sharon at the concierge desk has always been lovely and so helpful throughout our time at Moda. She’s always friendly and welcoming and nothing ever seems too much trouble. The maintenance team have also been amazing whenever we’ve needed them. Both have really made our experience of living here that much better.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only thing I’d say is that the flats can get quite warm in the summer! Other than that, I’ve honestly loved living at Moda. It’s such a lovely place to live and I couldn’t recommend it enough. The building, facilities and overall experience have been brilliant. Moda really do make an effort to look after their residents and make it feel like a nice place to call home. I’d happily recommend it to anyone thinking of moving in!
