Living in this neighbourhood has been a really positive experience. Everything I need is conveniently located nearby, from shops and restaurants to places to relax and enjoy some outdoor space. The transport connections are particularly useful, making getting around London straightforward and hassle-free. The surrounding area is pleasant, and the general atmosphere makes it an enjoyable place to call home. I have very little to complain about and would happily recommend the area to others.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

My experience with the building management team has been extremely positive. Whenever assistance has been needed, the team has been responsive, professional and helpful. Sattar Salayev deserves particular recognition for his excellent work maintaining and fixing things around the building. He is dependable, approachable and always makes sure issues are dealt with properly. I would also like to acknowledge Emanuele Ruberti from the night security team, whose kindness, professionalism and willingness to help make residents feel comfortable and well looked after. Having people like them on the team makes this development stand out.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If there is one thing I wish I had known before moving in, it would simply be how good living here would actually be! I would have made the decision to move here much earlier. The overall experience, the quality of the development and the people who help keep everything running smoothly have all made this a great place to call home. I genuinely have no regrets about choosing this development.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have nothing but positive things to say about the local area. There is a good selection of shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby, making everyday life very convenient. Transport links are excellent, making it easy to travel around London. The neighbourhood is pleasant, welcoming and generally well maintained. I have found the area comfortable to live in, with no significant issues regarding noise, parking, rubbish collection or anti-social behaviour. Overall, it is a lovely place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been excellent whenever I have needed assistance. I would particularly like to recognise Sattar Salayev, who is always responsive whenever an issue needs attention. He consistently goes above and beyond to resolve problems efficiently, professionally and with great care. I would also like to give special recognition to Emanuele Ruberti, one of the night security guards. He is incredibly kind, approachable and helpful, and always makes sure everything is handled smoothly and without any problems. He is genuinely one of my favourite security guards, and his presence makes a real difference to the overall experience of living here. Both are fantastic members of the team and deserve recognition for their outstanding work.

Honestly, I wish I had discovered this development much sooner! Had I known how enjoyable the living experience would be, how welcoming the environment is and how helpful the staff are, I would have moved in much earlier. It has genuinely exceeded my expectations, and I feel very fortunate to call this place home.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We’ve been living at Alma for over a year now, and our experience has been excellent in every aspect. The building is ideally located, with plenty of lovely local coffee shops and restaurants nearby, many of which offer exclusive discounts through Alma’s resident benefits programme. The transport links are also fantastic, with the Tube station just a few steps away, as well as several Santander bike docking stations nearby, which we regularly use for our daily commute. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience at Alma!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team has always been incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive. A special mention goes to Sattar, who is always there whenever we need assistance, promptly addressing and resolving any apartment maintenance issues, whether it’s a leak, a faulty door handle, or anything else that might come up. He is always approachable, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile to help. We genuinely couldn’t ask for anyone better than Sattar!

There isn’t anything in particular we would change. We’ve been very happy with our experience at Alma and have no suggestions for improvement at this point!

Great restaurants and proximity to Tower Bridge and the Thames. Spitafields is great and really good coffee shops as well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. Issues with lights and plumbing and AC and marks on walls are responded to and resolved quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that the larger gym is in a separate building. It’s close by but I didn’t realize it wasn’t within the main building.
