5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Loads of local shops and also big supermarkets nearby such as Ladbroke Grove Sainsbury's. There are many independent cafes and restaurants on Harrow Road to try out too. The development is a short walk from the Grand Union Canal too. Transport links are good, having a bus stop outside, Bakerloo line and also Central and H&C a short bus ride away from White City/Wood Lane. The apartments are triple glazed so you don't hear the traffic from the main road at all, or the trains behind the building either. Plenty of parking available at Euro Car Parks with a discount for residents. Bins are taken regularly so there is always space. The area is mostly industrial so you don't see much ASB.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always with a can do attitude, very responsive on email or happy to help in person at concierge.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Only thing to mention here is sometimes the 220 bus can take longer to come because of all the roadworks in white city but nothing to say for the development itself, and it's pretty quick to walk to willesden junction station anyway.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in Edmund point is convenient, with a good range of local shops, supermarkets, restaurants and takeaways nearby. Transport links are a major advantage, making it easy to travel across London by bus, train and road. There are also parks and open spaces within reach for families and outdoor activities. The area has a strong community feel, and day-to-day amenities are generally accessible. Some drawbacks include busy roads, occasional traffic noise, limited parking at peak times and the usual challenges of keeping the streets clean. Overall, it is a well-connected and practical place to live, with plenty of potential for continued improvement.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has been professional and supportive, helping to address my concerns and maintain a pleasant living environment. Their efforts contribute to a well-managed and comfortable development.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would recommend getting familiar with the local shops, transport links and nearby amenities before moving in, as they make everyday life much easier. It’s also worth asking management about maintenance procedures and how to report any issues. Overall, it’s a convenient place to live, and getting to know the building and your neighbours helps you settle in quickly.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is very connectable, as the train station is a 10 minute walk - with links to central london and an easy link to Euston. Parking is great, with one on the property and also EuroCarpark 2 min walk away. A downside would be the noise pollution from the trains as it is situated right behind a train track. You do get used to it and it does get less annoying as you live there.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management has been very good in responding to issues straight away; sometimes it does take a little while for the actual help to arrive however that is no fault of management of course.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would have liked to known a bit more about the train noise, however it does not really bother us as much anymore. There is no big notes that I have on this part x

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is very convenient with great transport links. Willesden Junction is nearby, as well as White City and Shepherd’s Bush, making it really easy to get into Central London and other parts of london. Westfield is also close by, so there’s a huge range of shops, restaurants and amenities within easy reach. There’s an affordable car parking facility right next to the building, which is really useful. You can hear some noise from the trains behind the building during summer when windows are open, but personally I haven’t found it to be a deal breaker and overall the convenience of the location outweighs this.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues I’ve raised have always been dealt with in a reasonable timeframe. The front desk team are particularly helpful and are always available to assist or point you in the right direction. Communication is good and I’ve never felt like I’ve had to chase excessively to get something sorted.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Probably how useful the facilities and front desk team would actually be. The gym is much better and bigger than I expected and I use it regularly. I’d also say it’s worth knowing that you can hear the trains from some parts of the building, but you get used to it quite quickly and it hasn’t been a major issue for me.
