Commercial properties for sale in Upper Hindhope, Jedburgh, Roxburghshire, Pub, this area only

Graham + Sibbald are proud to bring to the market Carters Rest Restaurant & Public House. The Carters Rest has a fantastic central location in the historic burgh of Jedburgh. Jedburgh is a borders town, which sits around 10 miles from the border of England and approximately 50 miles south of Edinburgh. Jedburgh as well as the surrounding towns and area are famous for their historic sites and are an extremely popular tourist destination. Carters Rest is a popular eating outlet for both locals and tourists, which offers spacious and well presented restaurant, bar and lounge areas. There is also additional space which has been used for private functions and weddings. In addition to this vast offering the Carters Rest also benefits from a large beer garden. The business has been run by the same operators for around 20 years and they now wish to pursue other interests. We feel this operation would suit a hands on operator looking to take the business to a new level.
