Commercial properties for sale in Victoria, Manchester, Greater Manchester, Land

Prominent Great Ducie Street location immediately north of Manchester city centre. Existing rental income offers a holding return while future redevelopment options are explored. The February 2025 draft Strangeways & Cambridge SRF recognises the Great Ducie Street area as part of a long-term 20-30 year regeneration strategy. The 2025 framework supports a city-centre mix in the southern Great Ducie Street / Dutton Street area, including residential and enhanced employment/workspace uses, subject to planning. Indicative scale and massing guidance identifies potential for buildings above 15 storeys and moments around 30 storeys in appropriate locations; these are not site-specific permissions or entitlements. The approved 2018 Great Ducie Street SRF remains a material planning consideration alongside the newer framework.

Former public house and land considered suitable for development subject to planning regulations. Extending to approximately 0.3 acres. The lot on offer comprises a derelict public house set on a considerable site close to Manchester City Centre and The Etihad Stadium.
