The company was established in 1988 with the opening of the Highcliffe Office, which soon became recognised as a principal agent in the Village. The New Milton Office was then opened in 1995 enjoying a prominent location in the Town Centre and has gained a strong reputation for 'successfully selling property' throughout the local area. Following the success of the two established offices, the Christchurch Office was opened in April 2000 in the centre of the picturesque and historic town close to the magnificent Christchurch Priory. In 2006 Ross Nicholas and Company acquired Murray and Morris which had an established central trading position in the village of Highcliffe for over 35 years which was refurbished and rebranded and computer linked to our New Milton Office. The office is now run by George Gosling who has extensive experience and local knowledge backed by an excellent team of four.
