Survey
We are able to recommend a local surveyor, who would provide you with a comprehensive Building Survey report. The report would advise on whether the property you have agreed to purchase is a reasonable proposition for purchase; highlight any structural issues, dampness, timber defects, condition of the roof down to drains and services; a list of urgent and significant defects, maintenance issues, legal issues, a valuation and an insurance figure.
