Instead, we have breathed new life into old chapels, textile mills, Victorian properties and stone-built villas, creating absolutely unique apartments.

Building on this wide-ranging expertise we are now bringing to market an exciting residential development at Spinning Acres in Far Headingley, nestling within a leafy conservation area, which will be ready for occupiers by the end of 2017.

We have certainly tried very hard with this scheme to make it one that works for everybody whilst still retaining a lot of the very special qualities of the site. All properties at Spinning Acres are for private rental - and take the rental concept to a new and innovative level.
