4) We will arrange all the viewings all viewings.
5) Once we have found a tenant we will fully reference them to ensure they are in permanent employment, landlord check & a full credit check on anyone over the age of 18.
6) We will sort the AST Contract
7) Lodge the deposit to keep you legal.
8) Do a inventory on the property. (Managed Service)
9) Take all pre-move in photos. (Managed Service)
10) change over all utilities into the new tenants name including council tax.
11) Inspect the property to ensure the property is being looked after. (Managed Service)
12) Rent is paid to you with in 24 hours of us receiving it & a monthly statement will be emailed to you.
