All of our HMO homes at Moovahome are classed as mid to high end.
With our 24 hour management all homes are checked on each week. The checks involve the communal area cleaning, the fire alarms and general safety throughout.
Our team get to know the tenant as they are allocated a house manager. Each home has a regular cleaner to ensure standards are kept high throughout their stay and all bills are included in the monthly rent.
Not everyone wants the responsibility of renting an entire property and we are therefore delighted to now offer a selection of individual rooms to rent, fully inclusive of all bills.
The rooms are located in numerous locations around Swindon and the majority have en-suite bathrooms. Many other features include excellent communal areas, hi-speed WiFi throughout and of course each property is assigned a Moovahome House Manager, who is able to assist with any day to day queries and will visit each week to carry out safety tests.
