Likewise at the end of the tenancy, we will again meet the tenant at the property and, using the initial inventory and supporting photographs, will agree on what is acceptable fair wear and tear and which items, if any, are to be addressed. In our experience this is a much fairer way of carrying out this task and saves a lot of misunderstandings.
